Catholic University Closes DuFour Center Due to Police Activity

Catholic University has closed the Raymond A. DuFour Athletic Center because of police activity at the Fort Totten Transfer Waste Station at Bates Street and John McCormack Road. Activities at the DuFour Center are being relocated to the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center.

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority reports that Red Line service has been temporarily suspended between the Takoma and Rhode Island Avenue stations. Bus shuttles are operating between the affected stations.
