The Class of 2025 was welcomed to campus on Thursday, Aug. 26, to move into their new home and begin four days of Orientation events before the opening of classes. The new class of approximately 709 students hails from 40 states and eight countries. Among them are 23 Eagle Scouts, 295 athletic team captains, 66 legacy students (students who have a family member who previously attended CatholicU), and 491 who participated in community service in high school. Seventy-one of them (or 10%) are first-generation students.
The most popular majors among the class are nursing, politics, business administration, architecture, and biology.
