Experienced in teaching, testifying, and practice

She has testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Consumer Subcommittee of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, and the U.S. Civil Rights Commission on products liability and AIDS issues and has served as an arbitrator for the Maryland Health Claims Arbitration Board. She spent 12 years in private practice with the Jones, Day and Crowell & Moring law firms.
