Murry Sidlin , professor of music, was quoted in a June 20 Associated Press story about Jewish prisoners in the Theresienstadt Concentration Camp (also referred to as Terezín) near Prague during World War II who performed Verdi's "Requiem Mass" to their captors. Sidlin's concert-drama Defiant Requiem chronicles their story and was recently performed in Prague.
