When Greta Haussman decided to volunteer for the Papal Mass, she was warned that it didn't mean that she was going to get to see Pope Francis, or even be near him. She assumed that she would be inside of a building, watching the Mass on a screen. To her pleasant surprise, she ended up finding herself standing directly beside the route of the pope mobile. When she was just a foot away from Pope Francis, she saw him point back toward the direction he came and turn around to go back through the crowd of students...
