Matt Green, professor, politics, was interviewed by the Independent Journal Review about the delay in the confirmation of President Donald Trump’s nominees for executive positions.

... “It used to be that using a filibuster against a nominee was a big deal, so not many people did it,” Matthew Green, associate fellow at the Institute for Policy Research told IJR. “What’s happening now is the rules are changed, so you can’t block a nominee as easily.
