Andrew Yeo, associate professor, politics, was quoted in a Washington Post story about human rights in a case about a Vietnamese woman involved in the murder against the North Korean leader’s half brother.
Yeo, a professor at Catholic University who tracks North Korean human rights issues, said it was ironic that the Vietnamese government was “willing to roll out the red carpet for Kim,” even though Kim’s regime embroiled a Vietnamese national in an international murder plot.
