Michael New, visiting assistant professor, social research and political science, published commentary in Charlotte Lozier Institute, was quoted in The Associated Press, Daily Signal, Live Action, and interviewed by Washington Watch and Issues Etc. about his analysis that indicates U.S. abortion rates are declining.
