Washington, D.C. | DETAILS: | An innocent Valentine's Day outing for a group of Australian school girls in the early 1900s ends in mystery when three students and a teacher disappear. Haunting and captivating, the story explores both the strange circumstances of the disappearances and the toll the subsequent gossip, rumor and intrigue have on the local community. The script is based on the Australian author Joan Lindsey's popular novel, which has also been made into a feature film of the same name. The story was adapted for the stage by playwright Laura Annawyn Shamas. Tickets: $12 full price, $8 for senior citizens and CUA alumni/staff, and $5 for students.
