A water main break at The Catholic University of America has prompted the closing of several campus buildings including McMahon Hall, which houses the Office of Admissions. The other buildings include the Edward M. Crough Center for Architectural Studies, the John K. Mullen of Denver Memorial Library and Shahan Hall.
In addition, the main entrance to campus near Maloney Hall has been closed because of icy road conditions.
The admissions office plans to reopen at 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8. The office apologizes for any inconvenience the closing may cause prospective students and their parents.
