DETAILS
World-renowned Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza will present the ideas, principles, and design process behind his architecture. He will use his latest designs (which are currently being built) to show how light and time are at the center of design, and how they help mold the way people experience architecture. Campos Baeza was nominated by the American Academy of Arts and Letters for the prestigious Arnold W. Brunner Memorial Prize of 2010. This event is free and open to the public. In addition to this lecture, Campo Baeza is directing a three-week studio on sacred space and culture as the 2012 Walton Critic at the School of Architecture and Planning.
