PASTORAL ISSUES - Jamila Evans, associate campus minister for women's and pro-life ministry, is an expert in pastoral issues affecting women and expectant mothers. ABORTION AND THE FIRST AMENDMENT - Mark L. Rienzi, assistant professor, is a widely sought-after speaker on constitutional issues, particularly concerning abortion and the First Amendment. Rienzi teaches constitutional law, religious liberty, torts, and evidence. His litigation and research interests focus on the 14th Amendment, free speech, and the free exercise of religion. He is currently serving as counsel in several constitutional cases across the country, including the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty's contraception mandate challenge. CATHOLIC SOCIAL THOUGHT - Lucia Ann Silecchia, professor and director of Catholic University's new International Human Rights Summer Law Program in Rome, is an expert in Catholic social thought, environmental law and ethics, elder law, property, and legal education.
