DETAILS | The National Catholic School of Social Service's (NCSSS) Social Justice Committee and the CUA Graduate Student Association present "What Social Workers Need to Know About Immigration." A panel of immigration experts will address topics related to immigration reform and how social workers and their clients need to prepare. Speakers represent multiple organizations, including Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services, Catholic Legal Immigration Network Inc., Fair Immigration Reform Movement, and Lutheran Immigration Refugee Services. The program is geared to social workers and social work students, but is free and open to the public.
