The Catholic University women's basketball team won the 2014 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Women's South Basketball Championship Tournament on March 9 with a 75-63 win over McDaniel College. The tournament featured an eight-team field selected by the ECAC, the nation's largest conference with more than 300 member schools in Divisions I, II, and III.
