V. Bradley Lewis , associate professor of philosophy, testified on Capitol Hill Wednesday, Nov. 4, before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs Subcomittee on Europe, Eurasia, and Emerging Threats. He spoke about the growing refugee crisis in Europe. From the perspective of political philosophy, he presented a statement that explains a government's legitimate authority to regulate immigration and how that applies to the current influx of refugees in European nations.
