The Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program has been fully reaccredited for 10 years.
This reaccreditation “is a testament to the strength of the program's training of future clinical psychologists in practice and research,” says Sandra Barrueco, director of clinical training and reaccreditation lead. “We are immensely pleased with the strong review of our doctoral program.”
The clinical psychology program at The Catholic University of America has been continuously accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association since 1948. Grounded in a scientist-practitioner educational model, the program endeavors to create a diverse and supportive community in which students develop the skills needed to become excellent clinical psychologists.
