More than 1,400 young wizards, goblins, princesses and other characters toured Catholic University on Oct. 26. They met with Professor Dumbledore (University President John Garvey) and members of student groups for a Halloween event that included games, face painting, and trick-or-treating.
The event is sponsored by the Office of Campus Ministry each year for the families of faculty and staff members, and members of the local community. Ahead of the event, Campus Ministry collected more than 20,000 pieces of candy from faculty and staff to hand out to the children in attendance.
