Catholic University is ranked #36 in the 2021 Best Graduate Schools for Nursing in U.S. News & World Report. This follows the announcement just last month of a #11 ranking for Catholic University’s Online Master of Science in Nursing (MSN - NP) programs. Schools are ranked according to their performance across a set of widely accepted indicators of excellence.

Elizabeth Hawkins-Walsh, associate dean of the MSN programs, attributes the success of the school to “a highly engaged faculty and competitive student body under the strong leadership of Dean Patricia McMullen. Dean McMullen never waivers in her focus on what is most important to our students’ personal and professional development.”

This recognition demonstrates  the Conway School of Nursing’s efforts in providing the best practices for nursing programs in the ever changing field. This ranking was announced the same day as the school announced an additional $20 million gift from Bill and Joanne Conway to help with the construction of a new nursing building on the University's campus.
